These terms apply to the Hushwind online store and to any order placed through it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your order and send you tracking. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may cancel and refund an order if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was wrong because of an obvious error, or if we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Payment is taken at checkout through the Shopify secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Product information

We describe the product as accurately as we can, including the parts most sellers leave out. Battery life is 12 hours on the lowest speed and about 4 hours on full turbo, and we publish both numbers rather than only the flattering one. Sound is measured at 26 decibels on the lowest speed. Colours may vary slightly between screens.

Safe use

Hushwind is a household and travel fan. Keep it clamped to a stable surface, do not submerge it, and charge it with the supplied cable. An adult should position and secure it. It is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for supervision or for proper ventilation and temperature control.

Returns

Our refund policy forms part of these terms. You have 30 nights from delivery to return your order for a full refund, with return shipping paid by us.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything written here.
