Shipping policy

Shipping is free

Every order ships free. There is no minimum, no threshold, and no shipping charge added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

When your order leaves us

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have not received tracking after 3 business days, email us and we will find out where it is.

Delivery times

Free shipping arrives in roughly 5 to 12 business days. Express tracked shipping, offered at checkout for 9.95 dollars, arrives in roughly 2 to 5 business days. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and your tracking link always carries the most current one.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Our core markets are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, and those addresses are dispatched fastest. Orders elsewhere are accepted and shipped, and delivery simply takes longer.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient. In practice most orders in our shipping regions arrive without additional charges.

Wrong address

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, email us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched we can correct it. Once it is with the carrier we cannot change it, but we will help you redirect it wherever the carrier allows.

Lost or stuck parcels

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or the carrier marks your parcel delivered and it is not there, email us. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you. You are not expected to chase the carrier yourself.
